Our service department is now accepting all types of repairs, tune-ups, upgrades, overhauls, you name it. Bikes can be dropped off during store hours. No appointment necessary. The mechanics will endeavor to complete quick repairs while you wait. Please discuss your needs with the mechanic who will advise as to turnaround and cost estimate.
What's up with this bike shortage? It's a whole long story. Bottom line, there is a nationwide bike shortage with potentially very long ETA. That being said, we are one of the largest bike shops in the tri-state area with strong relationships with the bike manufacturers. We are constantly adding to our bike inventory. Our best advice is to check back often on our website for new arrivals. We receive multiple bike shipments every week. We don't like making empty promises: we do not take pre-orders unless we know specifically that the bike is on its way to us.
Our website is fairly accurate but only updates once a day. Rest assured, we review every online order and will contact you with any issues. Please do not assume that an item is in stock until we contact you to verify. To help protect you from fraud, please bring valid ID and credit card used for the order when you come to pick up.
For bikes in-stock, please allow up to 1 week from time of order to pickup ready. We are working as fast as we can, but we need time to make sure your bike is assembled properly, checked over and any accessories installed. For non-bike orders, pick up same or next day, assuming we confirm item is in stock.

We know that many of you are riding your bikes for fitness, fun and stress relief, which is a great way to exercise (see what I did there) social distancing, either by yourself or with your family. We truly appreciate your understanding as we work through staffing shortages and new procedures that make the shopping experience more time-consuming.
